SHIPPING INFORMATION
2:00 PM Order Cut-Off Time
Most orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Time will be shipped that day. All others will be shipped the following weekday, excluding holidays. If you select 2-Day Shipping, your order must be received and the payment must be approved by 2:00 PM Central Time or it may not be processed until the next business day. BPAthletics.com will not be held responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Methods
Most orders will ship via United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. Depending on package size, value and shipping destination, we will typically choose the best carrier and shipping method available so that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO/+) and US Territories will be shipped via United States Postal Service. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method. Shipping costs are dependent on the item(s) in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. If you are not able to select a shipping method that fits your delivery needs or the shipping cost seems incorrect, please contact us directly.

Delivery Information
You will typically receive your items within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase purchase. If you need your order faster, we offer the 2-Day Shipping option for guaranteed* arrival in 2 business days, excluding weekends (Some delivery methods and destinations include Saturday delivery). Our standard shipping method is not guaranteed to arrive on a specific day or within a specific time frame. It's only an estimate.
Shipping Destinations
We only offer shipping to destinations in the United States, including Military (APO/FPO/+) and US Territories. If you would like a shipping quote for destinations in Canada or other countries, please contact us directly.

Payment Disclaimer
BPAthletics.com reserves the right to change the shipping address in your order to the billing address without your consent. If you provide a shipping address that doesn't match your billing address, this may cause a delay in shipping your item(s) while the information is verified. If we are unable to verify the payment or believe it to be fraudulent, the order will be cancelled without notice.
SALES TAX
State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders billed within the state of Minnesota.
AVAILABILITY
Most items displayed on BPAthletics.com are in stock and available to ship from our warehouse. Some items may be shipped directly from the vendor/manufacturer, but likely will not add additional days for processing. Rarely, an item may become out of stock due to a retail sale, direct order or sale on a marketplace site where inventory has yet to be updated on BPAthletics.com. If you have a question or concern about the availability of an item you wish to purchase or there's an item you'd like to purchase, but don't see on BPAthletics.com, please contact us directly.
RETURNS
60 Day Returns
We accept returns within 60 days from the date of purchase only if the item is brand new, unused and in original, unopened packaging. Any brand new, unused item returned with missing or damaged packaging or tags, smells of cigarette smoke, is covered in pet hair or is in other conditions that would prevent us from selling the item as new, will be subject to no less than a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges for size issues are at the buyers expense.
We do not allow used items to be returned under any circumstance. A used item that is believed to be defective will be handled on a case by case basis in cooperation with the manufacturer and under the guidelines of their warranty policy if applicable. If you believe that you have a defective item, please contact us directly for assistance. For defective baseball or softball bats, please see the WARRANTY section below.
EXCHANGES
We will exchange an item for an identical one within 30 days of purchase in the event it was defective, incorrect, or in the case that a size specific item doesn't fit as expected.
WARRANTY
Baseball & Softball Bats
Most metal and composite bats are covered under the manufacturer's warranty and some wood bats. Any defective bat must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Manufacturers will require your original receipt for all warranty claims. If you have lost your receipt, contact us and we can e-mail a copy of your original receipt to you.
Catcher's Gear, Gloves, Batting Gloves, Bags & Other Gear
Most merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer's policy. Replacements will be same stock number, color and size.
