Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
We will exchange an item for an identical one within 30 days of purchase in the event it was defective, incorrect, or in the case that a size specific item doesn't fit as expected. Exchanges for size issues are at the buyers expense.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase only if item is unused and in original, unopened packaging. Shipping fees are not refunded and return shipping is at the buyers expense. Do not, under any circumstance, refuse shipment of an item or return an item without contacting us first.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: For purchases made between November 15 and December 31 we will accept returns until January 31 - all other return conditions apply as stated.
Baseball & Softball Bats
All defective bats are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties vary, but most bats will have a warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Any defective bat must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Manufacturers will require your original receipt for all warranty returns. If you have lost your receipt, contact us and we can mail or e-mail a copy of your original receipt to you.
Gloves, Batting Gloves, Bags & Other Gear
Most merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer's policy. Replacements will be same stock number, color and size.
